Improve flow for new Spaz users

If a Spaz user hasn't added his/her Twitter/etc account yet, it should be clear how to do so. No timeline should be empty; there should always be an explanation or call to action.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Added "Set up your account" calls to action to every timeline if there are no accounts yet. Updated the account popbox flow so that, after submitting details for your first account, it's automatically selected, the popbox disappears, and the timeline is populated automatically.
