"Prefs > Edit User CSS" is broken

Previously, clicking "Edit User CSS" would open a small in-app window, and would accept CSS overrides.
Now, clicking that button instead opens a browser window. The textarea is prepopulated with "hi", and saving changes has no visible effect.
This is occurring for me with the latest build on OS X 10.6 with the AIR 2.5 SDK (I upgraded to this within the last 48 hours).
This technically isn't blocking, but crazy annoying when doing UI work. :)
