Duplicate user stream data received after switching accounts

After switching accounts, it looks like we get duplicate data callbacks firing. This doesn't always happen. It's not clear if multiple stream connections are being made, or if multiple callbacks are firing for some reason.

I think this has all been sorted out. No more problems recently.
