Via Tender: changing font size

Assigned to Tender discussion #48. As reported in Tender:
I'd like an easy way to change (increase) the font size. I realize that I could try and hack the CSS, but I'd rather not.
I think this is a good suggestion, and a simple prefs dropdown with two options -- Small, Large -- should suffice. This should only affect the tweet text (and maybe the metadata beneath); enlarging most other text will have layout implications.
