Add contextual menu item for silencing a username/hashtag

When right/secondary-clicking a username or hashtag, show a contextual menu item, "Hide @..." or "Hide #...". Useful for temporarily silencing conference goers, sports commenters, TV fanatics, and others without unfollowing them.
This would work just like the existing "Filter by '...'" item (i.e., just update the current filter string), but with "not:".
