Auto-save drafts while typing

Don't just save after every keystroke, but use
setTimeout to save only during idle periods between
keystrokes. Include some visual indication whenever a draft is
saved.
Might be worth removing the "Save Existing Draft" button, and instead (1) always show the "Save New Draft" button, or (2) switch between the "Save New Draft" button (when writing a new post) and a "Saved" indicator (when editing a draft).
