Lists/Saved (searches) menus break after switching accounts

May be an issue with repeatedly binding click handlers when rebuilding these menus.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Fixed. The changeset affected the View menu (friends timeline), Lists menu, and Saved menu (searches timeline). Later, the Trends menu (public timeline) probably needs similar treatment.
