When clicking a username, show a popbox with extended details and controls

Hovering over a username currently shows a basic tooltip. In addition to that, clicking a username should no longer open the browser, but a popbox with such things as:
- A large view of the avatar.
- All details available in the tooltip.
- Controls for following, unfollowing, and viewing in the browser.
- Any essential controls from the user's contextual menu.
Ultimately, anything essential that can be done via right clicks (contextual menus) should be possible via primary clicks.

It seems stable so far, except that the Lists menu is completely unimplemented. (I was going for a menu that behaves exactly like the one in the Lists panel.) If anyone has some free time to jump in, please do!
