Select Preferences via menu

Spaz: Desktop
version: latest from github as at this date
problem: When I choose "Preferences" from the Spaz Menu (top
middle with Leopaz theme), I get the following messages in the
command prompt window (and am not taken to the Preferences
screen):
TypeError: Result of expression 'Spaz.Section' [undefined] is not an object.
at app:/app/views/spaz.ui.js : 1537 at
app:/app/controllers/spaz.controller.js : 272 at
app:/vendors/jquery/jquery.intercept.js : 65 at
app:/vendors/jquery/jquery-1.3.2.js : 2693 at
app:/vendors/jquery/jquery-1.3.2.js : 2468
If I click the Preferences button, it works fine.

Has this been resolved? I couldn't replicate on Windows 7 with bleeding edge.
