Implement Friends tab

This should be a list of people like in 0.8, but the user should be able to:

  • Show all followers and followees in a single list (broken in 0.8).
  • Filter to show only followers or followees.
  • Ideally, filter to show mutuals.
  • Filter by arbitrary string, like in a timeline.

As discussed in IRC, this can start with responses from friends/ids and followers/ids. Use cached user data to build the friends list as much as possible, and send a request to users/lookup with whatever remains.

    I might not have enough free time to start on this anytime soon. Is anyone else available to help out?

    For 0.10, we don't necessarily need to throw in all the features listed above, but certainly get it back to the basic list functionality that's in 0.8.

    Implemented a more basic version, where user can view friends and followers in separate views. No mutual calculation stuff. Load More button allows browsing as far back as you wish (or until # of DOM elements melts your CPU).
