Two sounds play when sending tweet.

When I send a tweet, both the "sent" and "new tweets" sounds are played (i.e. both CSnd.mp3 and New.mp3). Should play only the CSnd.mp3 sound.

    So one "fix" here will tie into a change i want: when posting, I want it to reload the main timeline instead of displaying the return. This is something Tweetie on iPhone does, and I prefer it. It also helps with getting out of order in the timeline (short of re-sorting each time, which is a pain)

    I think this was fixed sometime, or maybe it's just because by default it only raises a notification on replies and DMs.
