Re-implemented Spaz.Data methods for favorites and deleting
statuses/dms; added auth stuff to SpazTwit calls in user and status
retrieval methods; small change to dm template so it uses
'entry-id' instead of duped 'id' attribute; UI methods to remove
entries and mark as fav/not fav; deleting a post now removes entry
from timelines; fav/unfav now works correctly; new SpazCore build;
removed some cruft
