Convert codebase to run in Titanium Desktop

For 1.0, I want to be running in Titanium Desktop instead of AIR.
Most of our code should run in Titanium Desktop correctly. However, most of the actions related to native window management and sounds playback is currently AIR-specific. This needs to be fixed.
Preferrably, the code should be abstracted out in SpazCore to provide cross-platform functionality.
