Adding/Editing lists support

Right now we can read lists, but we need to be able to:
- create new lists
- add and remove users from lists
- delete lists

Not a problem. Finished support for adding and removing users. Do you want to take a look and let me know if I did something horribly wrong, before I update the example file to use cleaner code, instead of "javascript:" links?

Should I mark this as closed? I did in SpazCore, but I'm not sure if you want to leave it open over here to keep as a reminder to implement it in the UI.
I'm pretty sure you want me nowhere near the UI. If I'm mistaken, let me know, and I'll try to puzzle it out.

no it's not done in Spaz Desktop at all -- we'll take care of the UI.

Paddy says the back-end is good to go, so I'll take on the UI work.
