Add multiple account support

We need to add multi-user support to Spaz.
Currently we won't support multiple simultaneous users, but will support
- quick switching between accounts
- posting as another user than the one logged-in

Right now we have quick switching between accounts. don't yet support posting as a user other than current. Is this a need or a nice-to-have?u

We have quick-switching implemented. We should think about the UI for posting as a different user.

I feel this is now adequate for the 0.10 release. Resolving.
